Youth Ministries - Age 13-18

Youth Group

The Youth Program at Southside is one that is highly supported by the leadership, as well as the membership as a whole.  For our teenagers, ages 13-18 years old, the program is designed to support and encourage each one in the area of spiritual growth and character development.

We have counselors and teachers who, now and in years past, work diligently in leading our teens through devotionals, bible study, fellowships, etc.  The goal is to keep our youth engaged in positive activities that will increase spiritual development and enhance moral strength, which in turn will equip each of them with the skills and desire to share God’s word with teens they encounter on a daily basis.

Worth Waiting For

This ministry is designed to capture teenage girls early with biblical knowledge to help them develop Godly decision making skills.  This will aid in building Christian character which will enable them to make responsible Godly choices when faced with “at risk” behaviors.  The ministry is open to teenage girls ages 13-17 years old.
